However, I tried with LAN network at work/my office, the same issue happened, I could not log in with my email. So, i think there is an issue with my wifi. I tried to log in with email on mobile and use mobile network -> I was able to log in with email, the password textfiled showed up. I tried to log in with email on mobile and use wifi -> the same issue happened. I checked again with the Evernote account info and it only shows 1 device linked, it does not count browser. You can create your own reusable templates if the existing template doesn't suit you, but the custom template feature isn't available in the free plan. My best idea at the moment is that something on the network is blocking the login action on the can you try on another network, like a free WiFi somewhere ? Now, when I run through my reflection notebook every quarter and pin down areas of improvement, I have enough data to back up my gut. Then you could import the notebook with the task connected notes to recover them. After the export you could delete the tasks and see what happens. I don't think removing the tasks will do the stuff BUT you could make things easier for yourself if you moved all the notes containing tasks into a new notebook then export that notebook as an ENEX file. But that's really a guess which I'm not really thinking is the case. Since you continue to experience the same thing on a different Windows PC with a clean install it suggests an account issue or, I suppose, something relating to your Internet connection such as cacheing at the provider. This has been a good solution for almost everyone who has experienced the issue. Since the total uninstall with the deletion of the data and program folders hasn't resolved this I am stumped. If everything is OK in the web client then that suggests that the server side data is OK. So I will wait on support before I try that.

I only have 22 notes that have task, but there are maybe 50 tasks so it will not be fun. My next home brew trouble shooting is to delete all the task from my data and see what happens. I'm waiting on support to respond, I have asked them to escalate this support ticket.
